SNF’s Women’s Employee Resource Group is the first official ERG for SNF.  The CATALYST Event on September15th will be the official launch of the ERG and will include information on the mission and purpose of the group, as well as an inspiring guest speaker!

The Mission of the Women’s ERG is to foster a climate of diversity and inclusion for women and their allies and to provide opportunities for professional and personal development, mentorship, open communication, and networking. Our Purpose is to support the goals, objectives, and values of SNF to continually improve and conduct its business responsibly, to operate in a manner designed to protect the health and safety of our employees, contractors, customers, and the public, and to bring value to our customers.

What We Do is provide resources, tools, training and events to ERG members and the greater SNF community in areas such as Personal & Professional Development, Community Involvement, Connection & Communication, and Culture. Examples may include Lunch-N-Learn events, mentoring opportunities, creating a library of professional development resources, sponsoring scholarships, etc.
