CT OPERATOR STANDARD OF WORK / SHIFT REPORT

AUTO OPERATIONS

Note: System should be set to Auto Mode from initial inspection.  Re-cycling the system can be completed at any time.

1.  After CT Truck backs into the bay, press the LOCK Button.  Once power has been applied by the driver on the trailer, the START button should blink.
2. Press the START button again to open the bay door.  Once bay door has opened, START button will blink.
3. Press START button again to unload product from the trailer onto the conveyor.  When all product is completely on the conveyor, the CT Trailer conveyor will continue to cycle for an additional 5 seconds before stopping.  The START button will flash.
4. Press the START button to close the bay door.
5. Unlock the CT Trailer for departure.

MANUAL OPERATIONS

WARNING: Never request for CT Driver to operate the MANUAL Switch from the CT Trailer.

1. On the Operator Screen, go to the MANUAL Page.  Press the MANUAL button, then the STOP button. (NOTE: Both buttons should be highlighted in RED)
2. Press the TRAILER button and DOCK 1 and DOCK 2 buttons. (NOTE: All three buttons should be highlighted GREEN)
3. Lock Trailer
4. Press the UNLOAD button and continue to hold until load is completely on the conveyor.
